BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- The consumers prices include VAT. The prices for companies are VAT free and VAT will be added to the price of the service and will be priced according to the order. Erähytti reserves the right to change prices. The terms and prices are valid for the time being.
- Erähytti uses the invoicing service of eezy.fi.
- The customer is responsible for familiarizing himself with the description, instructions and related conditoins of the service to be purchased.
- The customer is responsible to provide valid health-related information before the activity. Erähytti reserves the right to cancel or suspend the activity if the customer causes a safety risk for themselves or other with their actions.
- The reservations will be verifyed via email. After a hike reservation you will receive a reservation fee bill of 100 € and after that all terms and conditions are binding. The rest will be charged before the hike/activity. The reservation fee is non-refundable.
- You need to be 18 years old to participate. With a parent 15 years of age is recommended to participate.
- The customer information is not public. The participants name and telephonenumber will be visible only to the other participants on that specific hike. The participants will be added to the WhatApp-group of the hike (if they allow this).
CANCELLATION TERMS
-If the customer is unable to participate in the activity they have booked they need to cancel their booking via email to erahytti@gmail.com.
- The cancellations will be verifyed via email by Erähytti.
-If the cancellation of a hike is made 30 days before the start of the hike the fee will be returned to the customer. The booking fee of 100 € is non-refundable and therefore will not be returned in any case. If a cancellation is made 7-30 days prior to the hike, the customer will be charged 50% of the price of the hike. If a cancellation is made less than 7 days before the hike a full price will be charged.
- Interruption of a hike does not entitle to a refund. If the activity or hike will be interupted because of the actions of the customer regarding safety of themselves or others, the payment will not be refunded.
-If a hike needs to be cancelled due to a force majeure it does not entitle to a refund.
- If the cancellation of a course or other activity is made 7 days before the fee will be returned to the customer. If the cancellation is made 3 days before the course or activity the customer will be charged 50% of the course/activity price. If a cancellation is made less than 3 days before the course/activity the full price will be charged.
-Interruption does not entitle to a refund. If the course or activity will be interrupted because of the actions of the customer regarding safety of themselves or others, the payment will not be refunded.
-If the course or hike can not be organized due to too few participants or if the guide is ill and a new time for a course or hike can not be set the entire fee will be returned to the customer.
- Erähytti reserves the right to use different cancellation policies which will be negotiated separately in each case.
INSURANCE
- Erähytti has a valid liability insurance which covers damages caused by possible incorrect operation, neglect of safety or damaged equipment.
-Customers must have valid personal travel and accident insurance which will compensate in force majeure situation (for example last minute illness)
